Canterbury Scientific
PROBLEM
Canterbury Scientific required a freeze dryer and condenser in their lab.
ACTION
After many discussions with scientists and refrigeration engineers, we were able to design and plan the required flow and return pipework for the commercial freeze drying machines.
RESULT
The team at Canterbury Scientific were very happy to have a well-functioning system that met their requirements.
Priority Projects
PROBLEM
A rental that had four different tenancies needed its plumbing within earthquake strengthening standards bought up to code. 
ACTION
This required design and installation of accessible shower and toilet rooms. A design was also required for the drainage to connect to existing drainage, as well as the design and installation of a hot and cold water supply for all tenancies.
RESULT
This was challenging due to the fact that four different parties had to be consulted and kept up-to-date while causing minimum disruption. Our clients were very happy with the design process and how we liaised with and caused minimal disruption for their tenants.
Granite Benchtop Company
PROBLEM
‘Granite Benchtop Company’ uses machinery for creating beautiful benchtops and other stone products. These machines use a huge amount of water, and being an environmentally conscious company, they purchased a water recycling plant from Italy. 
ACTION
From a plumbing perspective, this was quite challenging, as the design was very complicated. There was a lot of problem-solving going on to ensure that this worked efficiently and in the manner, it was purchased for.
RESULT
All initial teething problems were soon solved and the machinery runs well and for its purpose. Now, they are able to offer an environmentally-friendly service for their clientele, while also knowing that they are working in a positive earth-friendly manner.
Couplands Bakeries
PROBLEM
We were asked to be involved in the fitouts for the new shops on High Street, Ferry Road and Shirley Homebase. 
ACTION
This involved designing and installing plumbing that allowed for backflow and condensation drainage.
RESULT
We have a very happy client who has these new premises up and functioning. We were able to meet the challenges, all while ensuring good communication between all parties.
